Terms & Conditions

1. The Contest is open for children who are citizens of India, aged between 3 and 12 years (both inclusive).
2. This Contest is strictly governed by the laws of India including the Privacy Laws of India.
3. Since the participants are minor, their entries shall be submitted by their parents/ legal guardians. Such registrations/ entries shall be treated as consent from the Legal Guardian/ Parent of the participant.
4. The works submitted must be individual effort of the child. No group performances shall be accepted. The video must be for min. 1 minute and maximum 5 minutes duration.
5. The last date of submitting the entries is 30 October 2022
6. When submitting the Competition entry, you must provide your Child’s name, Child’s Date of Birth and address and the name and contact telephone number of your parent or guardian. Kheliya shall have the right to ask for age proof should it be required
7. Kheliya reserves the right to disqualify any Contest Participant from participating in the Contest without assigning any reason. The decision of Kheliya in this regard shall be final and binding upon the Contest Participants.
8. Kheliya shall not be responsible for any technical disruption and/or failure/ server problems and/ or any other difficulties of such nature, due to which the participant is unable to participate in the Contest.
9. By submitting your entry to the Competition, the guardian/parent give Kheliya, permission for their ward’s/child’s entry to be published on online and offline channel..
10. The participant(s) represents and warrants that the entries are an original work of the participant and the participant has all necessary rights, licenses, consents and permissions to use, and to authorize Kheliya to use, any and all copyrights, or other intellectual property rights in and to entries in order for Kheliya to use the entries on any of its platforms or otherwise.
11. All content or information (collectively and severally called “Materials”) that is submitted  by the participant to Kheliya shall become the sole and exclusive property of Kheliya and Kheliya shall have no obligation to preserve, return, or otherwise make available to the participants any Materials.
12. Kheliya may use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish, monetize and otherwise make use of Materials in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created—throughout the world and for any purpose—without compensation of any kind to the Participant or his/her guardian/parent.
13. The Contest Participants shall ensure that the video submitted for the contest
• shall not violate the rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, privacy rights, copyrights, trademark rights and/or any other intellectual property rights; The participants/ their guardian/parent shall indemnify Kheliya, its officials, employees, representatives against any claim, loss, damages and liability arising as a result of infringement of third party intellectual property rights.
• is not harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
• does not harm minors in any way;
• does not violate any law for the time being in force;
14. Kheliya reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to amend/change/vary any of the terms and condition for the Contest and/or terminate the Contest at any time without any prior notice. By entering into the Contest the Contest Participant agrees to such amended terms.
15. Privacy Policy: This Contest requires the Contest Winner to provide the following information only i.e. name, email id, date of birth, address, mobile number, (“Personal Identifiable Information”). The Personal Identifiable Information is requested to identify the entries, process and declare the results of the Contest. It is clarified that Kheliya does not use the Personal Identifiable Information for any purpose except for processing the results of the Contest, declare and inform the Contest Winners. Providing information to Kheliya is Contest Participant’s choice. By participating in the Contest, you agree to allow us authorized use of your information and you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the Contest.
16. The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India only. All matters with respect to the Contest are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Pune only.
