Our policy lasts for up to 7 days depending upon the product(s) purchased. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us to request for assessment of your return order.
Any product to be returned must be unused and must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the product intact, with original accessories, user manual and warranty cards in the original packaging at the time of returning the product.
If you have opened the product, returns are not possible unless, the product is damaged or defective.
If the product is defective or damaged, you MUST click photos & videos of the products after opening the package. Send those photo & videos to us on email or WhatsApp to be eligible for returns depending upon the assessment.
We will assess refund and return request on its merits. We have the discretion to accept or reject a return/ refund request.
We advise that in order to avoid dispute and rejection of return request, a video should be shot at the time of opening of the parcel.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines/books cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchased products back to the manufacturer. They cannot accept it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, software, video games that have been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or during DIY assembly of the items.
- Any item that is needed to be returned or is returned more than 8 days after the delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you used Internet Banking then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to Kheliya Toys, 418 Narayan Peth, Pune, MH, 411030, India.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be couriered to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for giving it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Cancellation by the User
In a case of order cancellation requests, Kheliya reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Kheliya receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by Kheliya, Kheliya shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you instantly. Kheliya will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Kheliya has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Kheliya and accept Kheliya’s decision regarding the cancellation. In cases where it is not possible to cancel orders since they have already been shipped, a refund shall be made subject to the returns process post return request is raised and you would get replacement or refund once the original item is back in good saleable condition.

We’ll do our best to arrange a return pickup. You’ll need to keep the package intact with original shipped items as described above along with a copy of the Invoice. For orders not shipped through FedEx, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s). In such cases, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs. 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
